I have a N54l using it with Openelec & server with torrent add-on....

one of the best investments made (i paid 84GBP in UK)
 
For your torrenting needs, why not use a Banana Pi/Raspberry Pi? Power consumption will be max 10W.
Not sure if they will be able to serve 2 streams simultaneously though. But the new versions have enough processing power!
These will be much cheaper than what you are looking for.
