GTA 4 patch 7 is not working on my original cd

i update my gta 4 with new patch 7 after update he removed social club.i insert cd then try to play the game launcher come on my screen i select offline play .....................................game not starting i don't know why????????????????????????????...............

Anyway reinstall Social Club.

Install games for windows live update. i also had the same problem ...

check for latest windows live runtime. I never faced any issue though.

Tell us your specs. & also tell us did you had played the game with old update patch.
If yes try updating the Graphic driver & windows game client. & last thing yes 1.0.7.0 patch take time to load the game , it also some time hanged my PC sometime only if i run the game offline. No prob in online.
