Windows Google Transliteration for Windows 10

I used to have input tools on my Windows 10 PC which allowed me to type in English and get content in regional language. It was available as a set for Windows. Now I can't find on the Google Transliteration page. Have they discontinued ? Is there any way I can get it ? Thanks.

looks like those offline usable transliteration tools are no longer available for download.

Google's input method page has a link for windows but content was removed

have you tried using Microsoft language input tools ...

for a simple tool, I use PramukhIME for Windows

(I have no experience with using language tools on windows 10 - using windows 8.1)

Best is PramukhIME, I also use it a lot for typing (link for the same is posted above by Seshu)
