Couple of issues -
1. Gigabyte doesn't offer international warranty. So it'll be better if you mention US warranty only.
2. No pics with GPU running in system? Really, for an open, no-warranty card? And on top of that you say -

Would like to sell this as a new card.

its 33.5k.. and if you dont not want to gamble then go ahead and purchase the same reference card for 46k

Then this thread comes up where there is no mention of invoice, but you claim invoice will be provided for warranty.
Very fishy and confusing. Either invoice is there or not, if yes please post it and clear up the situation, this will help you move your goods.
I do not have any locus standi here, but please put it straight.

Purchased from newegg.com and as mentioned will provide invoice copy to buyer.
Also buyer can confirm the same with newegg customer service..

Anything else doubt you have?
