Getting Whats app messages of bandh in Mumbai

Goregaon, Malad, Jogeshwari, Andheri etc affected it seems. My cousin said there's mobs on highway not allowing cars to pass. What is going on? why the bandh? is it because of that Pune thing?

I think its a planned bandh and news of it came out yesterday itself.

Seems like right wingers are trying to stir caste and communal trouble everywhere in the country in preparation for elections. There are warnings doing the rounds in Hyderabad as well that BJP and MIM are planning to stir communal troubles in the city.
But KCR is not the kind of guy who would let grass grow under his feet. As soon as he got into power, he got the entire police force into this pocket with exorbitant spending on them. He probably won't allow anybody to challenge his authority.
