Windows Free partition manager for Windows 10

Which partition manager do you recommend for Windows 10 ? I have a few drives to delete and create. Possibly will do some resizing at later point of time. Thanks.
 
windows inbuilt disk manager is good enough. you can go command line too if you don't like anything with gui.

all are the same anyway cause they will use windows inbuilt volume management to format and resize the disk. why do you want a bloated software from some company to do the same job it will ask windows to do in the background?
