Budget 10-15K Found OPO in shopclues for 15K, please suggest

I was looking to buy Mi 4 from Amazon which comes with the free Wood back, but I came across the below link on shopclues which is selling OPO for 15k. The caveat being it is refurbished, but the seller says it is not used or defective, just opened. Please check the link below:

What would you suggest? Go for this one or stick to Mi 4 from Amazon?

Refurbished, better pay few bucks more and get new piece

I wouldn't risk it, tbh.

This isn't the US where stores have a definite policy in place for refurb products. Besides, it's on shopclues, which isn't exactly the greatest when it comes to customer service.

Also, many buyers (at least earlier) had returned their phones to Amazon for things such as the yellow tint or overheating. I myself returned 4 pieces. If these are indeed those same pieces, then there is quite a possibility that they suffer from similar defects. Having a manufacturer warranty then will not help as these issues aren't considered manufacturing defects.

Lastly, OPO service is (was, at least initially) poor, from all accounts.

I've since purchased the Mi4 64gb (when it was @24k) & have been very happy with it.
