That concept that you seem to have such a hard time understanding is called free market economics. There is demand and there is supply and and anybody who can supply the demand best gets the business and the cost is determined by supply and demand. Its a concept that existed long before other man made political concepts like God and Country that were invented to segregate and isolate people into groups and have them destroy the more purer concepts like free market over silly sentiments of religion and patriotism.

There are still countries where it costs Rs 1000 to 1500 per min for a phone call because the govt wants full control of the market. India has one of the cheapest voice calling and internet rates because the govt decided to open up the market some decades ago and maintained minimal regulation. Even a capitalist country like US does have a free market in this area. Every area there is controlled by only one or at best two service providers and they don't let anybody else operate.

Without a free market, people will either lose access to products and services they desire or the cost will become prohibitively high to the point that they cannot afford. Why is computer hardware so prohibitively costly in India and you get such poor after sales service? Because it is still not a free and open market.

Contrary to what you think, the places that don't have a free market are the places where people become slaves because they don't have any choices over the things they can get their quality or cost and just have to suck up to what ever their govt lets them have access to.

Its amusing how in a country full of people sucking up to celebrities and politicians and behaving their slaves, you are saying that having the half-arsed free market that we have is slavery.

Given the number of times you are trying to spring up this topic repeatedly, I suspect that your brain is rotting away because of those silly notions of fake patriotism. You should consult a psychologist.

Why single out foreign companies? All Indian companies do the same thing. Even govt PSU's do the same on bigger scale. Look at Indian oil companies. Drilling for oil in India at Indian prices and selling it to India at foreign prices. This has been going on from years. They make thousands of crores in profit every month. Never saw you ranting on this till now. Why? Is it not slavery when the govt does it openly?

Sorry to say but all your rants are just half knowledge type rants. I think you should read newspapers more and think on your own more than go on useless rants like these.

Nothing that deserves a ban. Just a bunch of delusional fake nationalism/patriotism threads particularly directed at foreign companies operating in India just like this one. For example, threads and posts claiming that google search shows results of Amazon over Flipkart or other less known shitty and scamming e-com sites which is exactly what any sane user would expect to be the result.

Take this very thread for example. Does he even understand the difference between profit and net sale value? None of the e-com companies in India are yet to even break even and every company is raking losses. The more they sell, they more the losses. Amazon is no different. LOL @ the 2 billion profit.

They are investing money, Providing a platform to sell Indian goods in India at good prices and and providing a wider reach to all those sellers, paying a variety of taxes to Indian govt and piling up losses.

Same situation with Flipkart. It was a Singapore company funded by Foreign investors earlier and now its an american company. It's losses stand at close to 25,000 crore.
