The RAM is upgraded to 8GB by adding 4 GB RAM matching the existing one. The purchased model came with only 4GB RAM.

In good condition; the case is plastic. It is chipped in two places. The internal all main hardware Motherboard/CPU/Keypad has been replaced by Asus Service Center while servicing in May 2017. Technically brand new components internally.

if the purchase date is 15th july 2017 how did ASUS service center replace the motherboard / CPU and keyboard in may 2017 ? also post the pictures of places where the plastic is chipped for the benefit of the buyer

I see option to lock thread beside thread tools button. Under thread tools, I dont see a close thread option. I think I would like to close it rather than just lock it.
