Does modem range decrease with time

What can interfere with page loading otherwise ??

I think Windows 10 is doing funny things. Do they leech in the background ? I have limited peer sharing of updates for LAN only.

Have you cleared cache on your browser etc.

I use CTRL F5 intermittently. I have issues across the browser. Gmail takes a life time to load. And when it loads, it says " something is not right " on the left hand side.[DOUBLEPOST=1537703035][/DOUBLEPOST]On PC

Code:
 Packets: Sent = 100, Received = 100, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 1ms, Maximum = 15ms, Average = 3ms

On mobile just next to PC

50 packets transmitted, 50 received, 0% packet loss, time 49243ms

min = 1.676 ms

avg = 19.066 ms

max = 132.064 ms

mdev = 19.460 ms

I see so such problems with win 10 on my end. I've had numerous updates as well over the year

Those pings are fine to the router.
