Budget 0-20k compare 2 pc's

help me select a good pc out of these two choices

pc 1= zebronics g41 motherboard + intel core2duo e8500+2gb ram
OR
pc 2= msi k9mm-v motherboard + amd athlon 62 x2 6000+ 2gb ram

which pc should i pick? or modify to get good performance
for office work, should not crash often
 
Neither, both are antiques now. These will be sold for 5Kish prices and spares are surely difficult to come by.

Pickup an entry level used i3 (2nd gen and above) at the very least, you can get them cheap as well. I believe someone is selling them here on TE.
