Cod4 Error 1305 During Installation:help...

I got the game today it doesnt install it says error 1305 scoutsniper_load.bik file not exists or something and it says to check the dvd. i googled it it seems to be common
everyone say replace the dvd ithe problem is i have to travel 90+km to get it replaced in LANDMARK if someone has any solution u will save me a lot of gas:(
please help me out guys:help:
 
Try copying the entire dvd to hdd and install it from hdd.This should solve the problem..
First uninstall ur previous installation and delete the folders which it created.
