Budget -59.3K

Intel Core i5 6500 -15000,
Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H -7000,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -4500,
WD Caviar Blue 1TB -3500,
Antec VP450P -3000,
Zotac GTX1050Ti 4GB -13500,
Antec GX300 -3200,
LG 22MP68VQ-P 22" LED IPS -8800,
Logitech MK200 -800.
Total -59,300.

If you can add another 10k for the existing 50K then you can get brand new Gaming PC.

You can play all latest games in High Details.

PS: Don't go with that already 1 year older PC for 50k. It's best to go for new components.

Are you sure about the individual component warranties? That's a 4th gen i5 and even GTX 970 is quite old now. I think you can build a better rig by buying newer components yourself.
@bssunilreddy and @Crapmypants can advice better.
i'll try to estimate the second-hand value of the individual components to help op decide between a new rig and this one. (fellow TE member's, please correct me where wrong)
Intel I5 4590 + Gigabyte H97 board ~12-18k
Nvidia gtx 970 ~15-18k
Kingston 4x4gb 1866mhz ram (16gb) ~4-5k
Corsair CX700 ~2-3k
1TB + 250gb Seagate hdd ~2-3k
Gamemax cabinet with 6 fans/dust filter ~1k
Creative speakers + Logitech keyboard + mouse ~1k
Samsung monitor ~2-4k (im guessing it's a standard VA/TN screen)
total ~41k-53k

Consider it only if you are not comfortable with assembling a pc, as it's age does seem to be a problem.

please take note, the large difference in estimate is not solely dependent on the condition of the parts but mainly because as soon as something gets replaced, it's value plummets like mad.
for e.g. the gtx 970 was a very formidable card and ruled the enthusiast segment for well over a year - until the 1060 gave similar performance at a lower TDP and was cheaper.

other's suggestion of getting a new rig has the advantage of being newer, faster and with full warranty.
what would ultimately matter is if the extra 15-30% in cost for a new system is worth it to you.

do take note: ryzen is bringing i7 performance to i3 prices and vega is less than 5 days away,
new or old, put your purchase off by a week to see if prices come down. amd is undercutting intel HARD.

For 50K you can get a wayy faster pc, 970 Cant compare to 1060 which is as fast as a 980, so Nope, I don't recommend buying this, assemble instead

Thank you all for the suggestions :)

I will wait for the rygen update and consider assembling a new one.

Are these prices from shops in mumbai? I compared it to shops like primeabgb.com and the prices are ~10-15% higher.
