CPU/Mobo Best and Cheap Ram That Lasts

Even though I have read other threads and reviews on GSKILL and Hyper X ram and have gone through reviews of many other rams . I still want to post this question to know which is the cheapest and best lasting Ram for a Gaming PC.

Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz.. It's on sale on Amazon India right now. I'd even suggest you could go for the Kingston HyperX RAMS as well. Both are very cheap and great quality. I have the corsair ones myself and they run perfectly.

Quick Question - Can I use 4 of the Corsair Vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 (http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B004CRSM48?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00) to populate 16 GB into the Asus M4A785TD-V EVO ?

The Motherboard supports 4GB Max per slot, but I'm confused regarding the single channel/dual channel aspects.

Corsair Value Ram is CL11 - This one is CL9. Do you have information on whether I can use 4x4 = !6GB on the M4A785TD-V EVO ?
