Building a Desktop for my uncle(his kids actually...) Need help on this

- 30K(Can be stretched upto few Ks if its really worth)

- CPU - Intel i3 or even Pentium G4560 etc..
- Motherboard - any compatible motherboard(preferably Gigabyte, Asus)
- GPU - I think onboard will suffice
- PSU - Any basic but reliable 450watts will do
- HDD - 1TB WD Blue
- RAM - 4GB
- Display - 21~inch FHD Panel
- UPS - preferably APC
