    A: Samsung > Sony

    A: Touchscreen

    6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
    A: Required at least 5MP camera. Flash.

    Samsung you can get the Galaxy S Duos in your price range that suits your requirements.
    Do check out the Micromax A116 in the same price too

    Micromax A116 spec wise nothing can beat it under 15K. wait for the review
