Aliexpress Order - no updates

hello friends I order I bag from AliExpress cost 1700 and it has reached to Kolkata lcao and has been transferred also on 4/12/2017
It states:-.
[India]Transfer from office of exchange (Inb),Air,MUMBAI AIR

Since 4/12/2017 there is no update please guide me what should I do??
I am fearing alot is my order has lost or something worse had happened please help me please

same here , 3 packets no update . Must be some issue . Wait for some time
But we do have a dedicated Aliexpress thread . Could have posted there
 
It is not uncommon to get stuck in customs for 15 days or more especially if the package is coming from China (China Post). I got a small package from Aliexpress via Singapore Post in less than 15 days delivered.
