^ I understand you have sent a phone with a different IMEI than what's on the box and asked him to resell it. That is not a resolution.
Stop opening new threads till you resolve his issue.

No. The phone is exactly the IMEI and SN he was told he would get with warranty and all. Only the box was different and I have even sent him the invoice of the phone as well. He has no issue with it anymore.
