See what happens is , when u connect to MTNL servers , a Session is maintained till you disconnect.This session keeps track of how much download. When you enter night time your download is not supposed to be counted , but MTNL system is not so intellegent to not count download in unlimited...

What is processor usage ? , check out in task manager if any taking 100% CPU. How is it shutting down ? illegal shutdown ? or with shutdown screen ? Second is , check in event log if any error. To view event log , goto Control Pannel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

Seems weird problem , but still you can try some things, 1) Check smps if its giving proper output 2) Remove ram and see if long beeps are coming 3)Remove monitor cable from GPU and see if disconnection message comes on monitor

Try uninstall driver completely and then restart , Windows will automatically search for drivers and install them.

Certainly you can See Virtual Machine as name suggests , its completly virtual , it does not interact directly with your external hardware. It will be using a file as harddisk and store all data inside it. You OS (Windows XP) will take care of all file read/writes.

As above posts mentions , FC 5 does not come with NTFS drivers. So without that you can not mount the partition. As ferrari said ,get kmod-ntfs and install it , after that mount driver as said.
