    Budget 20-25K 4"-4.3" Android phone

Fabulous! This is exactly what i was looking for. Lag here and there is alright as I will root and put a custom kernel anyway. From the sounds of it, you too seem to be running a custom ROM. Have you tried MIUI v5 on your SGS2?

Budget Above 25K LG G2 or Nexus 5

Always always always buy a nexus. It's worth aving a phone that is supported by Google directly. if you use custome ROM's, a nexus phone has no competition. i would also recommend the HTC One.

WP Nokia Lumia 920 - Discussion thread

Nokia has to and will introduce its phones at prices acceptable in the current market. Having said that there are 2 important factors. You are not just buying a nokia, you an buying the platform; windows 8. Nokia, after taking a beating by Samsung, would ideally use penetration pricing; ~35K...

Switching over to Galaxy Nexus from Galaxy SII

The nexus is a much better phone than the S2 in every way. I personally hate the S2 display. They all have a weird blue/green tinge. And TXW UI makes things a lot worse. With the nexus you'll get a richer google experience, before anyone else! The GNex will be one of the best buys for a long...

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 VS Note 1

A few considerations. 1. Does Quad core matter to you? There are barely any apps that utilize 2 cores, forget 4 cores. IMO, dual cores are just about hitting their full potential. Quad core have a good 1 year to really become mainstream. 2. Will you be using a custom ROM? A custom ROM utilizes...

Buying one of the old trendsetters

Thats a great option! And so is the Xperia U. It's quite a girlie phone. Thank you for the suggestions guys. But i'm still open to looking at older phones (that still ship). - - - Updated - - - I'm really liking the focus. How does it perform? Does the store have all the basic apps?

Buying one of the old trendsetters

The Arc is 19K on eBay. Way too much! I'm also considering the nexus one. Dunno what it ships with though. I'm thinking Nexus One + MIUI.

Buying one of the old trendsetters

i personally don't buy into the quad core marketing crap, companies are using. My younger bro is using my old Galaxy S, which IMO performs much better than most phones I have used. (Custom ROM obviously). For my mums birthday I want to get her one of the older ones. The 1GHz ones. the only two...
