Yeah it does have.. Also there is a LED Notification (or something similar) setting inside the main settings.. If only it had a dedicated camera shutter key..

Use Odin and flash any of the intratech ICS roms... I suspect Samsung is not going to release ICS officially in India till S3 is launched which would make it (possibly) their bestest phone with the best hardware and latest software available in the country.. My conspiracy theory

I have installed the EU version of the ROM and all the apps remain.. No need to reinstall them as these are the original Samsung ROMs and you'll have all your apps and settings in tact..
