Guys, do you not read? ICICI asked for an OTP every single time. No OTP came. Transaction failed. I then used an Amex card. Passkey/OTP came. Transaction successful. Item shipped I am aware of transactions happening without OTPs. But this one hasn't

It's was approx $40. No money has been deducted. The transaction failed everytime due to no OTP

I tried 3 different ICICI cards and didn't get any OTPs so couldn't complete the transaction. My items are marked as shipped so hoping for the best.

I'm glad your issue has been resolved. A similar thing had happened to me with Flipkart a couple of years back. Received a dud 500gb seagate HDD in a 12TB WD External casing. Was refunded after escalating it on twitter. Normal CS was unable to help beyond a point.
