Please suggest a cheap (cheapest) motherboard for C2D E6600 with 4 ram slots, onboard graphics , and Pci-E slot.
A little overclocking ability wont hurt either.

1. Gigabyte GA-EG41MF-US2H @ 4500/-
2. Asus P5QL-EM @ 5200/-
3. Biostar TP 45D2-A7 @ 5600/-
4. Biostar TP43E Combo @ 4400/- ( Support for both DDR3 /DDR2 Memory)
There is no idea of buying these DDR2 based motherboard with almost EOL LGA 775 socket, better consider upgrade to DDR3 based system otherwise stick with cheap Intel G31 like alternate@ 2300/-

The Gigabyte G31M ES2L is your best bet. You won't need 4 RAM slots/ more than 4GB(2GBx2) of memory.

Biostar G41D M7 has only 2 ram slots. But supports 8gb ddr2.
