hey guyz

my computer is not detecting my brand new sansa clip+ 2gb mp3 player :(

i m using windows xp sp3

what to do? :huh:

I am not sure whether you checked my reply in that thread or not.. but here it is


SP3 is not a problem. it worked on my system..

Check with another USB cable if you have. Also how old is your system... it can be a USB port problem..

Also check for some anti-virus and firewalls.

I would suggest the best option to check to plug it in a different system.. if it works there then there is a problem with your PC.. if does not then .. you know what
