Here are my requirement and budget.
* Budget is max 15k
* Including ( Mobo+proc+ram )
* I do not play games much ( i have ps 2 for that ) but some times i do like to play the latest games but not in high config.
* But i like to watch Hi-def movie and animation and as i am using samsung jet i will the computer to convert them into div x format so that i cn play them in my phone.
* I need to work on virtual machine also ( for programming and networking needs ) so plez suggest me should i go for high proc or ram.
* I have ATX cabinet ( smps 400w ) so vl i need anything else if i in future add any graphic card.
Components i already have:-
*Samsung TFT Screen ( with touch panels )
*TVS Gold Keyboard
* Cabinet ( ATX, company i don't know )
*Speakers 2.1 ( creative )

Processor: Athlon II X4 620 - 5.3k(quad core :D)
Motherboard: Biostar TA790GX A3+ - 6.5k/Gigabyte 785GMT-UD2H - 5.9k
RAM: Transcend 2GB DDRIII 1333MHz - 2.6k
SMPS: Zebronics Pro(Real Watts)-350W - 1.5k
This should be around 15-15.5k~ and is more than enough for your needs+ is future proof with quad core, DDRIII mobo, RAM
