I am facing a weird problem since morning today.
- I can't log in to iptorrents. Everytime I try to log in, it give me the same "username or password incorrent" msg. Tried lots of times but same thing happening. BTW I am 100% sure that uname/pass are correct.
- I used site's password recovery 2-3 times b4 2-3 hours. But it's not sending mail to my registered e-mail.
- Also I e-mailed to them regarding the same b4 3-4 hours(ipthelp@gmail.com), but did not receive reply from them.

Now,
- My ratio is above 9.
- I am using utorrent 1.8.4 as client.
- I have not posted any flaming/racial or any other "banned" type of post in to any forum.
- Also, all the torrents which I have downloaded are still being seeded.
- DHT, local Peer discovery is also off in utorrent.

So I am pretty sure that my username must not be banned.

Did something like this happen to any other ipt user?
Can someone whose on ipt check what's going on under my username.

Simple solution - go to their IRC support channel and ask them why.

IPT databases were fixed today but as a result it seems like all passwords were reset by accident.
This means when you log out your current password will not work anymore so go to your profile and change your password now.

Well after logging in I did not reset the password. So....
And sorry for n00b question.. How to go to their IRC channel. Haven't used IRC channels b4!

download and install mirc
Add Server
and /join #<channelname>

i deliberately logged out of ipt and now get the same error as the OP. So guys, make sure u dont log out of ipt for now.
Secondly, kinjal click on the "lost password" option which will send u a temp pwd at the registered email address... am waitin for mine to reach :)

True man, that's what I am doing since morning. sent an e-mail also to them. But have not received any reply from them. So getting little bit worried :@:huh:

tension mat le....request for a temp pwd by email.. they sure must be flooded with requests as my temp pwd email hasn't come through yet for the past 10 minutes...

Ya must be. Well I have sent them pass reset mail 3 times since morning. And not received any reply so got worried.

some of my friends are not able to log in to their accounts at iptorrents
there was a message being displayed that due to some problem all passwords were reset and it was advised to change ur passwords before logging out
i changed my password , but unfortunately some of my friends didnt do so and now they r unable to log in

can u please tell me wat cud be the solution so as to advice my friends to be able to log in here again

Ya man. Got to know this afterward. I was logged out yest night. Morning when I tried logging in.... dhadaaam dhishuuuum band bang booom.

I was screwed.
