PC boot issue

I have been having the issue since couple of days. Normally I leave my PC on 24hrs, but on occasions when I do shut it, I have an issue booting it the other day.

I have a Jetway 690G mobo with Athlon X2 4000+ proccy, the Jetway mobo has an indicator with certain codes, when I have the issue I get a code 52 (indicating memory issue) or FF (indicating a boot issue). Memory seems to be working fine as tested on another comp, as well as current one (as when the comp is on, I have no issues). The only way I am able to boot, is to try 2-3 times , and usually on the 4th try I wait for approx. 15 mins, and surprisingly it usually boots up that way.

I have a nagging feeling this might be a moisture issue due to rains but the past few days have been dry, but the issue persist. So any suggestions here?

Edit: I forgot another detail, I need to update my time every time I restart. Indication the CMOS battery is dying? Can it lead to such issues?

I had the same issue few weeks ago and it is moisture that causes this problem. What I did was disassembled the rig and clean the mobo with a good microfibre cloth. Then I kept it open for a week. Now the problem has vanished forever.
