Well friends I brought new RIG for my friend from PRIME

here is the specs

cabinet: Zeb Bijili
SMPS:Coolermaster 450 W extreme
HDD:160gb normal
LCD:dell SE198WFP
Motherboard:Abit 94GC
Rams:Corsair Value select 667mhz 1 X 2gb
k/b:Microsoft MM k/b + mice combo.
Gcard: palit 8600GT 256m,Gddr3


My problem:
Actually i wanted to get him EVGA 8600GT card but unfortunately is out of stock every where in Lammy .SO had to settle down for Palit 8600GT other option was XFX 8600gt ,Dont know why my friend didnt wanted to have that card . :(
MY plan was to get him EVGA 8600GT and palit N73 motherboard.so tell me which could have been better(the above listed one or what i was planning for ).My friend is going to change MOBO within 4-5 months .

Is this RIG as Descent RIG .Will he get almost same peformance if he had XFX card.(he is not a overclocker so didnt wanted to waste his money in Abit P35-E mobo)

an 8600GT 256Mb DDR3 is the same no matter which company :P so wats the worry? :)

i highly doubt that... i mean overall pcb quality,capacitor qlty, mem chips, cooling methods..and nt 2 forget the a good packaging:bleh:

yeah the 945 is a bit lame...ddr 2 667 limit, but den again the n73 lacks the dual mem support of the former..

it varies frm manu to manu....cooler used etc:P....performance differs ASUS 8600gt performs best few months ago....dunno nw:D

Perfomance and even reliability is more or less same... its just the service that may differ.
