I bought a ubiquity US 24 500W although not from the official store, but from a distributor. Contacted them for support, and they said that they could provide warranty support only if I could send the product to their HQ in US. So technically they do provide a warranty, but claiming it is a whole different story. @anmolbhard004 @Nyan srry for the late reply. More context abtt what had happened - For some reason, the switch's power supply decided to go up in flames. checked forums and things and found that there were some issues with that particular series and it had been happening to multiple people. Decided to contact the distributor (seller). They said to contact Ubiquiti as they provide the 2 years warranty and not them. Ubiquiti was quite happy to let me claim the warranty but the only caveat was sending in the switch to their US HQ for inspection, which DHL and others quoted me somewhere between 10 to 15k. Decided not to send in aftr India Foreign post declined to send it citing they dont handle sending expensive shit of normal users outside of India. Its still in room all opened up... planning to get some 48V and 24V power supplies to resurrect it.
