You will have a hard time sourcing these unless you have good dealer contacts. I bought mine from PrimeABGB. I always stick by my brands I have bought ASUS products always and never had much issues with them. but when i bought the system no other option of 280x was available except for XFX R9 280x. And that sucks big time... even the XFX support team says they have issues with the card so I will only suggest you buy the ASUS R9 280x or 290X also non-reference designs ONLY for mining. http://www.primeabgb.com/computers/buy-online-graphic-card-video-card.html?gpu_chip=462 I just started :) LTE??? i am not running a 4g network :D i am sure you meant LTC. My system has been up 14 Hours & i have made about 0.50 LTC. I am not mining anything else because i believe litecoin has the potential to go over $40 in a month time. You are right, but he was not talking about direct mining Bitcoins, He was talking about mining a scrypt based coin which would then convert to BTC & give it to you. the plus point here is you don't have to convert it yourself so no transaction fees (unless the pool takes it directly). Those who wants to starts in the mining business, please do your research on the coins you want to mine. the history, how it started etc then make your decision. I was researching on LiteCoins since November, I have seen it grow to 40$ and fall to just 12$. Your mining community pool is as important as mining rig, if its not stable it will not help you mine better. so find the most stable pool that does not charge you per transaction. there are some that take as high as 5%. others have fixed fees while a few work on Donations. I am going to test MiddleCoin today on my main desktop which also has a Asus R9 280x and calculate how much i can make per card per day & then multiply by 3.
