    Essarrr 2 :)

    Hey everyone !

    Its been a while since i was on the forums , work has been really Hectic but i got something in the mail today that i think might be of some interest

    This is a rig that has been in making for a bit .. but better late than never

    The rig config as i have it planned right now is the following :-



    The Evga SR-2

    Dual 6 Core Intel Xeon Processors overclocked to 4.2 Ghz ( 12 Cores/24 Threads )

    24 GB Kingston 1600 Mhz Ram

    2x120 GB HyperX SSD's in Raid 0

    2x240 GB Hyperx SSD's in Raid 0

    2x AMD Fire Pro V7900's In Pro CrossFire

    1200 Watt Corsair Psu

    Custom Water Cooling

    Xigmatek Elysium Case

    Etc ...



    Ill keep Updating as the components come in Till then here are a few pics of the motherboard .. my pride and joy

    Lets hope it ain't DOA

    Hope this thing can take HD movie without dropping frames when you fill those pci-e slots with graphic cards.

    Cannot even count now how many pcie slots are there ?



    Will wait for this for you to sell in market section once you are bored of this and my house is sold .

    Also i see that EVGA has paid some attention to details, like which slots to be use etc for RAM. Plus passive HS over MOSFETs! Too bad its not active cooling, but still, the fact that its there! And not to mention 7 PCIe slots.

    I dont know much abt High end mobo's.. but do they fit in full size ATX cabinet? or any custom?



    and what sort of power they require?



    and how does the OS detect this?
