To be honest, considering the software support better to get a used 3080/3080ti now and upgrade to 4000 series later this year when NVIDIA launches 5000 series aka Blackwell. I'm sure you can get 4070Ti around 50k later this year easily.

later this year NVIDIA would launch 5000 series aka Blackwell and should be a good time to buy the 4000 series in aftermarket. Better to grab a 3080 today at ~30k or 3080ti at 35k today instead of 4070 series which is bottled by memory bandwidth.

Sony Android TVs gives the best software experience even though they are bit expensive. I'm sure you can find one under 60K for sure like the X75L series
