Singapore Travel tips and suggestions

Checked iPhone pricing. 15 seems cheaper in India for base variant, while Pro and Pro Max seem cheaper in SG by around 20-25K (plus tax refund)

The salesman in floating Apple store in Marina Bay was very helpful, without prompt he explained the current pricing differences (as he heard from other Indian customers) and why Indians buy which models etc.

  • Must visit places: I quite enjoyed the Supertree Groves at Gardens by the Bay and also the aquarium.
  • Places to avoid: Going to the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is a common tourist item but i felt it was a waste of money.
  • Where to eat (veg options)?: I tried and enjoyed the food carts. Everything is on colored wooden skewers (the color indicates the price) which you pick out and give to the cart guy and he cooks it all in front of you.
