I have monitor , mouse, keyboard and old PC. Need a new PC as the old one cant even handle youtube or powerbi.

Budget is less than 30k ideally but can stretch to 35k.

Open to suggestions.

I'm assuming you don't want to reuse any parts from the old pc and you're open to second hand (especially at lower budgets second hand is much more worth the price)

Psu: 2500 (Cooler master/Corsair 550w)
GPU: 12000 (RTX 2060)
Ram: 3000 (8x2 DDR4)
Case: 2500 (any of your choice)
Ssd (512): 2000
This leaves u with 8-13k to spend on your CPU+motherboad combo.

Most cpus like ryzen 3600 go for around 7k, leaving upto 6k for a mobo - B450 would be the best option. (This is if you can stretch past 30k)

Allow for some headroom for these prices, but these are usually what these parts should go for. All used, except case.

When getting a used SSD, make sure it has 100% health and make sure all the parts have warranty, and if not, testing warranty.

Heavy AI or compile workloads will not be great on a 30k rig. You might want to look into something basic on the core components, and online services for your actual performance requirements.

Sorry for late reply. My PC is HP 705 G3 SFF. Motherboard is B350 AMD.
B350 is an AM4 motherboard so you have so many good processors to choose from, it (should) support all CPUs upto Ryzen 5000 series. (Unless HP is being restrictive with it).

If you use like Stable Diffusion, you should look atleast 8GB VRAM for the graphics card I would say. GTX 1070, 1080 are so cheap used nowadays but I would recommend atleast 2060 super.

Upgrading to a discrete graphics will also require you to upgrade your PSU, I would recommend atleast 550w from a reputable brand.

Also assuming you already have 8gb of RAM, buy another 8gb and make it a total of 16gb.

Seems HP custom b350 has severe limitations so nothing else will work. Can't reuse motherboard. But I do have keyboard mouse monitors, wifi and Bluetooth dongle, external speaker etc.

What will be the best PC build you can recommend
