Where to buy Antec P182 or P180

Hi.
I have been hunting allover but maybe not the rights places.
Can someone point me to a dealer in Mumbai/Pune who would have any of the black Antec P182b or P180 in stock.

What're ur requirements may I ask?? You can easily get a better performer at a lesser price;

^^ yes it is an expensive case.
My requirement is a very simple sturdy and easy to work with case which is quite.
I am currently on a THX1088 AMG and thats a nice case too but now about 5 years old. So worth every penny.
I somehow find the CM690 a bit too slimsy.
And the P900 a too gamer like for me.
Though I am a gamer, I like to have the case quiet and simple.
I have never liked my case to have led's and windows etc etc. I like elegence I guess...Or I am getting old...
..Anyhow, prime has none is stok and I will get in touch with Rahul of ITWares today..

Anyways, CM690 is good, but i hate its finish, if had more money i would have surely picked up those cabinets like Stacker , Cosmos and the likes. Antec 900 is another overpriced cabinet, only thing it offers imo is the cooling compared to the CM 690. Instead of buying A900 i would rather get the stacker. I love the P180 also, am not sure if its there still, i got a really good offer for it recently when i was looking for a new cabinet, cursing myself for not taking it over the CM690 . So if you have good amount of cash, i would advise you to research a lot and invest the money in a better cabinet to your liking than taking the vfm route always.

I think Cooleremaster Stacker STC -T01 is best VFM.... for 9k

With 11 5.25" external drive bays and one 3.5" external bay at the top
Can fix 2 PSU's inside and weighs a massive 14.7 kg

Steel and aluminium body and the best high end case IMHO...

being a P180 user, here are a few points i wanna make with regard to your requirements. call it a user review if you would.

very simple - dunno how you'll define a simple case
sturdy - the P180 scores a 10/10. its very very heavy, built morel like a safe than a case
easy to work with - will score a 5/10 from me on that case. cabling is a big problem .. its a tough case to work with. all the compartments and cable ducts make it a wee bit bothersome in this aspect.

quite - thats what it was built for .. this thing is about as quiet as you can possibly get. very good at what it is supposed to be. i CANNOT hear any noise from my case.. not even hard disks humming.



pm if you want a abused/vandalized p180 in good working condition

Seriously folks,
I went and saw the Cm690, and I dont think we should even compare the 2 after seeing the cm690, I came home with a smile as I am happier with the THX1088AMG from antec over the Cm690.

For Cm 960 what I didnt like:
1.I like a sturdy case, whats with the mesh all the way around? I can surely say if I was still living in canada where dust is a minimum maybe I would have thought about it, but this one seems it is going to be full of dust very soon and very hard to clean out the dust from the mesh which it has all over.
2.The case didn't feel sturdy at all. I am sure I can push and bend the mesh and break it in no time as well.
The HDD cages. OMG I really dont even want to go there.
I dont think I would carry this case when I have my HDD's installed in my car the way I drive.
3. I didnt even like the finish, The Plastic at the front bottom didnt even align right, maybe I am a bit picky but over the CM690 I would prefer the TX1088AMG that I ahve or even the titan.

So I am back without a case still, and the 1088 is still running my little computer

hehe, i broke one of the tray the first day itself . Its fine if u install the hdd in the tray, else you'll have to be carefull. But still no where close to that of the metal/Al trays you get in Antec cabinets and other high end CM cabinets.
I would have thrown the cabinet out of the window had not for the glossy black powder coating done by KMD and those bling bling side panel with transformers design fan guard
