Need help please

Hi,
I was using my pc yesterday..suddenly this happened...and it freezes my system...i tried a re install of os and new drivers after a format..no change

even bios screen is also appearing with so many patches in my screen
i am attaching pics here...what is wrong ?please tell me asap

I removed the card and now and using onboard mobo's graphics without any issue....please help me friends

something wrong with ur gfx card ...
check ur monitor with other system .. and then decide !!!

If after removing ur gpu and its working fine with the onboard , then definately its a hardware issue on the graphics card.

Take cleaning it and reseating it properly in the slot. Also, if possible check it in another system. If all fails, then its time for an RMA.
