Need help in building Machine Budget 24k

Hi All . Need to build machine for my friend today . Can you advice what parts need to be Bought. Kindly provide config with cost. Part needed is CPU MOBO RAM CASE RAM HDD . No monitor or video card needed now wil be upgrading it later. He needs config in which he can play games like COD 5 , nfs Shift. So kindly suggest mobo according to it and he can upgrade later on also ..

- 2-3.5k max
Seagate 7200.12 500GB HDD - 2.5k
Zebronics PRO 500watt - 2.6k

& Microtek 800VA ups - 2.5k all comes around - 25k

CPU : Core i5 750 - 10.2k
MOBO : Gigabyte GA P55UD2 - 6.5k
RAM : 2 GB DDR3 1333mhz - 2.5k / 2x2 GB DDR3 1333mhz - 5k
CASE : CM Elite 310 - 1.5k
HDD : Seagate 500gb - 2.3k
PSU : Gigabyte superb 460w - 2.2k
Total - 25k / 27k

i5 much better than any amd rig at this price. Settle for nothing less than an i5. i5 is futureproof

Note : Take the 2 gb DDR3 ram more later on in 1 or 2 months

+1 for Icon_211’s suggestion except, get a 1TB HDD instead of 500GB (if you can afford it) and an APC UPS with USB monitoring – this is really useful.
