Well, if you have the money buy everything you listed. But for the graphic cards, I'd ask you to wait till the end of the september. Its better to spend on ATI 5870X2 rather than GTX295 with almost same pricing. 5870X2 will have less power consumption and DirectX11 support+better than GTX295 probably.

For monitor, consider the e-IPS panel ones from DELL if budget permits ( no doubt ). For TN panels , Samsung P2350 @11.5k would be better choice than Viewsonic.

It's same as ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 but better cooling .... check ASUS Global Website

Well, 1KVA doesn't mean 1Kwatt But the UPS depends on your requirement. I mean do you want a UPS just to save your works and shut down ?? Then a 800VA will do. But if you want a decent back-up for this rig, consider APC 1000uxi or 1500uxi whatever you can afford.

frankly speaking, your rig is overkill for the work you have mentioned. somet things like a razer mouse or the gfx card dont make any sense to me. if you also are looking to make this rig for playing games then it is fine.

    I would suggest.

    1) scrap water cooling. waste of money & hard to maintain. get a true or a similar cooler.

2)Gigabyte UD5. asus is just overpriced stuff. gigabyte is the best mb maker currently. really solid stuff.

3)Raptor again doesnt make sense. rather setup raid0+1. or if you have the budget then get a ssd hdd.

4)go for an ati card. simply put, they own nvidia cards in 3ds max viewport performance.

    6)Go for a corsair psu.

7)go for gskill 1333mhz 2gb x 6 kit (7-7-7-18). 1600mhz ram really makes no diff in performance against 1333. if u get a decent 1333 kit with good timings, like i mentioned above you will be fine. these sell at a very good price locally.

8)razer set is of no use for your purpose. get any decent mouse n kb.

9)get a dell 24" lcd. their service is great compared to the viewsonic & others.

    10) The total usage of the system will be pretty high on load, so when the system will be rendering, the 1kva will not a give very long backup. if you can afford a 1500 then get that, otherwise the 1kva is fine.

    hope this helps.

    Hi thanks for the suggestions.

I am going to overclock my CPU to at least 4 ghz and ram to 1700 so that's why i am going to buy the

    liquid cooling.

motherboard asus is the best i have read so many reviews about asus vs

gigabyte and the results are in favor of asus because this is the only motherboard which had True16+2 phase Power Design.

Gpu a am going to buy ATX4870x2 now

SSD is expensive that's why i am buying raptor

yes you are right i will go with corsair psu

Ram well i will do som R&D for gskill

razerset becouse i love to play games

Dell 24" is expensive so i cant buy that

Yes i am going to buy 1500va for a safer side.

And yes i can think about the new samsung LCD it looks cool in pictures

Any way thanks for the information and if any body also have some suggestions please come forward.

yes i know that its better than ATI but in gaming only in 3ds max ATi is a better solution For view port handling also we can easily overclock this card.

its a waste of money to get those for 3dmax. max performs great in direct3d mode in which the gaming card gives almost the same performance as the firegl & quadros. not to mention they are dirt cheap compared to the workstation cards.

@OP: Way too powerful a rig for just rendering, take stormblast's views seriously, since he knows a thing or ten about 3d rendering.
    meh.
