Nope not with 5890. I would advice you to go for a HD5850-17k for a 22" monitor. If not at the most HD5870-26k. The one with HD5850 makes sense. Pus stay away from the cooler master extreme power series. Instead go for a Corsair VX550/HX620 PSU. Plus go for the CM590 cabinet instead of the 690 coz i guess the
CM 690 wont fit long GPU's esp. the HD5890(in case you buy it)

He's said about 4890 not 5890.

BTW @ OP - Go for a HD5850-17k instead of a HD4890. DX11 card and future proof. With a 70k budget a DX10 card doesnt make sense. Hope now i have posted correctly

I have made a few chages in your config. This config is much more balnced than your config and you should fit it inside a 70k budget
