Dell E1909W is hard to find. If you can get one, dont look elsewhere, its a great 19' monitor. If you need bigger monitor, then look for 22' monitors from Benq or Samsung.

In that 2033SW is the best. Its strange I can't find 2033bw model in Samsung's official site. Specs differ between them. 2033SW has 1600 x 900 and 15000:1 contrast ratio whereas 2033BW has 1680 x 1050 and 20000:1 contrast ratio. R u sure abt availability of 2033bw in India? But then also I think u should go for 2033SW only.

Not only that... The differnce lies in well guarded dotpitch specs of Samsung 2033sw. here you go

    Dell E1909W

    Resolution:1440*900 16:10

    Dot pitch: 0.285mm

    Screen Size 410.4mm *256.5 mm

    Samsung 2033sw

    Resolution: 1600*900 16:9

    Dotpitch: 0.2768mm

    Screen Size: 442.8mm X 249.075mm

Hence due to non standard resolution and non standard dot pitch the height of Samsung monitor is actually little less then Dell E1909W. Take your pick.
