Default Gigabyte Superb 460W question

I bought this from Prime a few days back. Am shocked to find the power cable that came with it is 2-pin without an earthing pin. Is this normal?

yes.. i also got 2 pin power cable with my seasonic PSU.
Get a 3 pin cable from electric shop or fix the 3rd pin.
It will work then. No need to worry

Yup it quite is. European power sockets come with an earthing pin like the one on the pic below so your plug wont have one.

Use another cable.
