Reply With Quote^^ Sire you seriously need to up the budget, if you want the RIG To last 3 years. And there is no point having 4GB of RAM and not fully utilizing it by installing 32-bit OS on it.

Well, I think we can manage within 13K assuming you want only the CPU+mobo+RAM+HDD.

Ok, saw that you plan to play Crysis 2, GoW, would then suggest a few changes.
Athlon X2 260 ~ 3K
AMD 760G board ~ 2.75K
Corsair Value memory 4GB ~ 1K
AMD 5670 GPU 1GB ~ 5K ~ You should be able to play most of the games easily @ 1024x768 with full settings
Seagate 500GB HDD ~ 1.9K

Optional - AMD A4 3400 = 3.9k - Dual Core
You can later add a Radeon 6670 and do a crossfire (dual graphics) with this APU .
