some of my friends are not able to log in to their accounts at iptorrents
there was a message being displayed that due to some problem all passwords were reset and it was advised to change ur passwords before logging out
i changed my password , but unfortunately some of my friends didnt do so and now they r unable to log in

can u please tell me wat cud be the solution so as to advice my friends to be able to log in here again

edit : "IPT databases were fixed today but as a result it seems like all passwords were reset by accident.
This means when you log out your current password will not work anymore so go to your profile and change your password now. "

this is the exact message that was diaplayed there from morning today

Ya man. Got to know this afterward. I was logged out yest night. Morning when I tried logging in.... dhadaaam dhishuuuum band bang booom.

I was screwed.

^^mohit i clicked on the " recover password " option, but now its almost 2 hours and i have not yet got any response from ipt..

so irresponsible of the ipt people what about the people who have lost the passwords they cant expect us to be online on thier website 24 hrs a day WTF

I never log out of IPT. I know it is not a good practice but it helped this time. I changed my password but i wont logout that is for sure

may be they r still working on it
and the password restore link wud be sent to ur regd email id;s- may be, i dont know!!

hope they DO send us unfortunate ( i was a total jerk to purposely log off and see what happens, after reading kjd's post ) souls the temp pwd so we can log back in....

I changed my password and it stated asking for login ..(I didn't log out)
