Very nice guide, but one thing is missing, what about those chassis where the psu is mounter at top??
This article will detail how to properly plan and organize the chassis interior for optimal airflow. Optimizing chassis airflow can help to increase the efficiency of case fans, which in term will help provide better cooling performance and lower noise level

@OP, do you have any idea about PWM1 temperature because in my case it is some high?

I have HAF 912 advanced and in this both the top fan and back panel fan throw air outside which according to this site is poor air flow......... i am little confused here........

^^ Strange.. This is the first time I see a recommend top intake and rear exhaust. Wont the cool air from the top intake be sucked out by the exhaust if they are close and perpendicular??
@devesh, You can try both and see which works better for you. Monitor and record the temps on idle and load now. reverse the top and check the temps again.

Very informative. There is on mistake I am doing. My top fans are fighting for air as the top as well as top back vents, both have exhaust fans. Can change that easily though.

Now this will make it 3 intakes( front, side and top) and only one exhaust (rear) which will cause a lot of air to be stuck up inside. In this case, the rear needs to be a 2x120mm with a lot of cfm.Originally Posted by CA50

IMO the cooling system discussed is for system with pcie gpu.
