Simplifying Profiles

In Document and Settings I have Administrator plus two entities, whose names are variants on All Users and Owner. When I try to rename them back to All Users and Owner, I am told that it can't be done because they are 'System Files'. Surely at least ONE of them can be 'rationalised' ? If so, HOW?
