It usually takes around 15 days for me to reach at Mumbai. May be it takes some more time to reach Kolhapur.

same here:

1 CDs requested on 2008-04-19. 1 CDs were approved and sent to the shipping company on 2008-04-22. Please note requests usually take from 4 to 6 weeks to deliver, depending on the country of shipping.

last one took about a month to reach

I requested 1 edubuntu CD and they approved 2

Code:

1 CDs requested on 2008-04-26. 2 CDs were approved and sent to the shipping company on 2008-04-28.

er , hasnt edubuntu now been restructured as an ubuntu addon , so one disc will have ubuntu 8.04 and the other will have the edubuntu addons

I didn't know about this.

I still thought all of them were separate - Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu and Edubuntu.

My Mom thought I had gone mad when I was speaking these words out while speaking on the phone

My Cousin thought I was fooling him and just throwing some wierd names at him and he believe only when I showed him the website

Yep you are right. Now you can use edubuntu as an Ubuntu addon.. If and only if you have pre-installed Ubuntu

and I have ordered edubuntu to gave my and my Mom school FOSS display and shifting them to FOSS and Gnu/Linux.. So I'll be a lil bit busy these days..

very nice... getting school kids hooked onto FOSS... at the grassroots level... see now it still says "spread rep around"
