Why do you need phone- music, camera, Touch screen? Please mention what you are looking for in a mobile. Lots of options for you.
Samsung Star - 8.5k
Samsung Corby - 8k
SE C510 - 9.5(very good all-round Multimedia phone)
SE 395 - 7.2k (good music phone)
Nokia 6303c - 6.6k(has 3.5mm jack)

+1 to Samsung Star S5233.

It is a great VFM phone in its price range. Only thing pulling it back is its resistive touch screen. But hey! What more could you ask for in such a good phone that is available for so less!

Instead of lg why dont u take samsung star.its having lot of features with touch screen in it.samsung star has 3 models that star 3g,star & star wifi.so select accordingly.star is the cheapest
