    Samsung Chat 222 @ Rs. 3290, key feature - QWERTY keypad & dual-SIM phone

    Nokia X2-01 @Rs.3460, key feature - QWERTY keypad

    Nokia 2700 classic @ Rs.3410

    Spice M-5750 @ Rs.3000, key feature - touch screen, dual-SIM



    Hope, now you can easily find a perfect phone in this budget.

    I will suggest Nokia C2-01... nice light phone with 3.2MP camera, 3G connectivity, Ovi Chat for instant messaging, access to email & social networking sites.. all this for 3.9k.. not a bad deal.. I got the specs and price info from saholic.com
