    Do check before buying if Skype is supported on the device, like I got a new Atrix 2 but its microphone was not detected by Skype.
    Peace.

    Hey buddy your budget is a bit low for a video conferencing phone, but will suggest you if I come across one in that budget.

    Skype is not the only option for video conferencing buddy, there are others too just Google them, here some of them I know.

    * Fring

    * Vtok

    * Gtalk with a mod

    Just check one thing if it does actually support video chatting/conferencing flawlessly in the first place.

    I guess I have to dig deeper, though I am less confident I can get budget phones with this feature as mentioned by cool eagle.

    I'll post if I found one. Thanks for all the help.

    Dude if you don't have any issues with the size of the devices then maybe you could try a low cost Tablet with video calling support.

    Though I am not sure of any specific model but I'll post here if I come across one asap.
