Thanks for the response.. In between I am already having Altec Lancing MX5021..and my new speaker should be more quality than this MX5021. My Music genre are mainly Rock and sometimes classical. I am very much like the sound of SM E30 it satisfies both ROCK and CLASSICAL.

Yes, It seems like some mismatch between Intel chipset motherboard and AMD Processor.

Thanks for your suggestion. That means Graphics processing is done in the CPU and not the Motherboard. It is purely dependent on CPU not the Motherboard. Motherboard is just having interface(HDMI, DVI..) connectivity. Please correct me if I wrong.
